Shield Response vehicles are mobilised 24 hours a day to support & assist with any security emergency, from attending Intruder alarm activations to Emergency Access for contractors, our in-house team are always close by.
In our area of delivery, Shield have more response vehicles than any other local or national provider. We are proud of our industry leading response times which set us apart from our competition. Security of keys and company information are paramount to our service delivery - all keys are numerically coded with no information relating to the site, they are held in secure keysafes in our GPS tracked, Shield branded vehicles.
Shield confirm to the code of practice for the "Provision of Keyholding and Alarm Response Services" BS7984 meaning we have excellent processes in place for key management incorporating full audit trails of key usage & numerical coding of keys.
