TRAINING AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMMES
Training of staff is ongoing after completion of induction training and individuals’ on-site training to confirm specific client requirements, as applicable. These include the following:
Fire tour and evacuation procedure Store unlocking/lock up procedures Liaison with management, store detectives, supervision Communication (radio, pager, store links, street pager) Tannoy and security codes Access Control Cash collection Stock checks of high value goods Internal dishonesty procedure Reception site duties Emergency contacts Utility call out procedures – gas, electricity, etc Use of CCTV where applicable, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm Alarm operation procedure
