Shield Security Service management visit each location and fulfil four functions.

1 It allows the client to give an appraisal of the guards performance and address any problems.
2 Work practices can change and the demands placed upon the guards can alter. Following discussions with the client the guards duties can be tailored accordingly.
3 The guard can be brought up to date on Shield Security Service matters, thus preventing him/her from becoming too detached from the company.
4 The guards can express any concerns that he or she may have.

Shield Security Service has always prided itself on providing a total service to our clients. We consider ourselves to be flexible and make every effort possible to meet all requests for extra cover. Importantly, Shield Security Service does not charge a premium for services at weekends or at night. Shield Security Service aims to carry extra staff in each region to cover holidays, sickness and absence from work.
